What to know about the fit before you order.

Width

Lems suit medium to wide feet. The Primal 3 is unisex: the width is the same for women and men. Good to know: barefoot shoes always leave far more room than conventional shoes, and your toes naturally spread out as you wear them.

Size

Rely on the size chart in cm on the product page; we recommend adding 0.5 to 1.2 cm for comfort.

Sole

Light, flexible outsole, zero drop, wider at the heel and midfoot for more stability. Removable 4.5 mm recycled PU insole. Total stack height: 9.5 mm.

Lems at a glance

Lems was born in the United States in 2008: its founder, Andrew Rademacher, could not find shoes that respected the natural shape of the foot. He took apart his favourite running shoes, then taught himself last-making and pattern-making to design his own, with the bare minimum.
