The period is calculated in calendar days, which means that all days of the calendar are counted, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. However, if the period expires on one of these days, it is extended until the next working day.
Any errors in model or size that may occur are not the responsibility of the business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE.

By email: email address
Via the Contact page of the website www.bareshoes.fr
By post: Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE, 61 Rue de Lyon, 75012 PARIS.
If the conditions in which the products were tried on allow a return, a return form to be completed will be sent to the CUSTOMER.
Conditions for all returns: The products must be returned with their labels (mandatory condition) and any other papers/bags needed for their transport. The Products must be returned in their original box (where there is one). Please note that the shoe box must not be used as the shipping box: please use the original packaging or another cardboard box, securely taped. The products must be new, in perfect condition and clean. Please check that all accessories are included (laces, insole(s), etc.).
You may of course try the products on indoors to check whether they suit you, while making sure that there are no signs of wear.
The business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) – BARESHOES FRANCE reserves the right to deduct a flat fee of €20 from the CUSTOMER's refund for any return that does not meet these conditions (damaged shoe box, protective sheets and/or accessories).
Return deadline: The item(s) must be sent back within fourteen (14) calendar days following the return approval (Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code) by Colissimo home delivery (with or without signature), or by tracked letter where possible, at the CUSTOMER's expense, to:
Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE, 3 Square des Champs Fretauts 91120 PALAISEAU.
The CUSTOMER must keep the proof of postage of the parcel.
If the fourteen (14) calendar day period for sending back the items is exceeded (as evidenced by the postmark), the business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE will no longer be able to accept the return. Furthermore, if the return reaches the business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE after the fourteen (14) day period (as evidenced by the postmark), the shoes will be sent back to the CUSTOMER at the expense of the business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE and THE CUSTOMER will have no further recourse and no possibility of a refund.
REFUND: The refund will be made after the returned items have been checked, and THE CUSTOMER will be informed. (Please check your SPAM/junk mail folder.) The business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE does not issue store credit.
Return of a complete order: the shipping costs initially paid, if any, are refunded on the basis of the cheapest shipping method offered on the website, i.e. €5.40.
In the case of a partial return of an order that benefited from free shipping:
The business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount the shipping costs incurred when the parcel was initially shipped, up to a maximum of €5.40.
Indeed, if your return brings your initial order below €100.00 (the threshold for free delivery to a pickup point), the shipping costs that would initially have been due, i.e. €5.40, will be deducted from the refund.
Example: I ordered 3 pairs of shoes at €39.90 each, so my initial order is €119.70 and I therefore benefit from free Mondial Relay shipping. I finally decide to return one pair that does not suit me; my order then amounts to 119.70 - 39.90 = €79.80 (i.e. less than €100.00), so I should have paid €5.50 in shipping costs; these €5.50 will be deducted from my refund, i.e. 39.90 - 5.50 = €34.40.
In the case of an order containing several items, if it is a partial return of the order, the shipping costs, if any, are not refunded.
If goods are returned damaged/stained or showing signs of having been tried on for a long time, the business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE reserves the right to apply a reduction before refunding or to cancel the refund. THE CUSTOMER will be informed, with photographs as evidence. If the return is refused, the products will then be sent back to the CUSTOMER at the expense of the business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE, without the CUSTOMER being able to claim any compensation or right to a refund, except for any warranty rights on the goods sold.
The business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE will refund an order within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for your order, unless the CUSTOMER makes a specific request.
PARCELS NOT COLLECTED FROM PICKUP POINTS: The period for collecting your parcel from a Mondial Relay pickup point is eight (8) days at a store pickup point and five (5) days at a LOCKER pickup point. If the parcel(s) are not collected from the pickup point within the time allowed, they will automatically be returned to the business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE.
If THE CUSTOMER has notified their decision to withdraw before the parcel(s) are returned, they will be refunded in full.
If THE CUSTOMER has not notified their decision to withdraw before the parcel(s) are returned, the initial shipping costs, or any shipping costs offered free of charge with the order, will be deducted from the refund, as well as the order processing costs.
THE CUSTOMER will be informed by email and SMS of the return of their order and of its processing, and may request that the parcel be sent again at their own expense.
These return conditions may be modified and revised at any time by the business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE without notice. Customers should check these return conditions regularly.

The business Ophélie CHAUMAT (EI) - BARESHOES FRANCE offers advantageous prices for group orders.

The Products will be prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends, holidays and public holidays, and subject to stock availability) after payment for the Order has been recorded, to the delivery address provided by the CUSTOMER when placing the Order.
An email will be sent to the CUSTOMER to inform them that the Products have been shipped. The CUSTOMER can choose between the following 2 delivery methods: La Poste or Mondial Relay, tracked delivery services, delivered with or without signature.
Please note that the delivery time of the chosen carrier must be added to the preparation/shipping time. The average observed delivery times are 2 to 5 days for Metropolitan France and 3 to 8 days for international destinations.
The CUSTOMER is delivered at home by their mail carrier or at a Mondial Relay pickup point. If the CUSTOMER is absent when the delivery is to be made at home, they will receive a delivery notice from their mail carrier, allowing them to collect the Products ordered from the nearest post office/pickup point on presentation of an identity document, within a period indicated by the postal services.
If delivery is to a pickup point, the CUSTOMER must go to the pickup point chosen when placing the Order and present an identity document to collect their parcel within the period indicated by Mondial Relay.
The CUSTOMER is advised to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents on delivery, in the presence of the La Poste or Mondial Relay employee. If the parcel is damaged, the CUSTOMER may refuse to accept it.
