Choosing your Coqueflex

What to know about the fit before you order.

Width

Coqueflex suit all foot types: the sandals adjust with buckles, straps and hook-and-loop fastenings, and the sneakers have a wide toe box. Good to know: barefoot shoes always leave far more room than conventional shoes, and your toes naturally spread out as you wear them.

Size

Rely on the size chart in cm on the product page; we recommend adding 0.5 to 1.2 cm for comfort.

Sole

Thin, flexible rubber sole, zero drop, no stiffeners: your foot moves freely and stays in contact with the ground.

Which model?

Summer: Kauri, Firenze, Combi, Bellina, Brillia, Corteza, Hermosa and Onyx sandals. All year: retro-style TRAC sneakers in leather, or vegan CORE. For work and the city: the EMI, designed for long days on your feet.

The size chart in cm is on every product page.

Coqueflex at a glance

Coqueflex comes from Elche, near Alicante, one of Spain's great shoemaking regions. A specialist in children's shoes, the brand has developed a barefoot range for adults, made in Spain: light, flexible models at gentle prices.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose my Coqueflex size?

Measure your foot from heel to longest toe, then compare it with the size chart in cm on the product page. We recommend adding 0.5 to 1.2 cm for comfort: closer to 0.5 cm for the adjustable sandals, closer to 1.2 cm if you like room for your toes in sneakers.

Are Coqueflex vegan?

Most of them, yes: the CORE sneakers, the EMI and most sandals are made of synthetic materials. The Firenze and Brillia sandals and the TRAC sneakers are leather. This is shown on each product page.

Are the sandals adjustable?

Yes, depending on the model, with buckles, an ankle strap or a hook-and-loop fastening at the forefoot.

Is the EMI suitable for working on your feet?

Yes, it was designed for professionals who spend long hours standing, with a sober look that goes everywhere.

How do I care for my Coqueflex?

A soft cloth is enough. For leather and suede, apply a waterproofing product before the first wear. No washing machine, and do not dry near a heat source.

Where are Coqueflex made?

In Spain.
