What to know about the fit before you order.

Width

MUM shoes suit medium to wide feet. Good to know: barefoot shoes always leave far more room than conventional shoes, and your toes naturally spread out as you wear them.

Size

Rely on the size chart in cm on the product page; we recommend adding 0.5 to 1.2 cm for comfort. The brand recommends the upper end of the range, around 1 to 1.2 cm.

Sole

Inès and Nova: 7 mm non-slip rubber sole, zero drop. Atlas: 1 cm sole with a sportier look. All models have a removable leather insole with 2 mm of foam.

Which model?

Inès for a feminine look and many colours (Pearl, Moca, Wine, Panther, Verdant). Nova for women and men, up to size 43. Atlas, handmade in leather and textile, for a sportier style.

How do I choose my MUM size?

Measure your foot from heel to longest toe, then compare it with the size chart in cm on the product page. We recommend adding 0.5 to 1.2 cm for comfort; for MUM, the brand recommends 1 to 1.2 cm.

How do I care for my MUM shoes?

No washing machine or tumble dryer: they are made of leather. Use a soft-bristle brush for suede and a barely damp cloth for nappa leather. For the Atlas, apply a leather waterproofing product before the first wear. Dry away from heat sources.

Is the insole removable?

Yes, all models have a removable leather insole with 2 mm of foam. You can take it out to let it dry or to clean it.

Are there models for men?

Yes, the Nova is designed for women and men and goes up to size 43. The Atlas also goes up to 43. The Inès is available from 36 to 42.

Are MUM shoes vegan?

No, MUM models are made of leather: nappa leather and suede, with a leather lining.
