Delivery

Shipping your order

✋ Your order is prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends, holidays and public holidays, and subject to stock availability) once payment has been received, to the delivery address given when ordering.

💌 You will receive an email when your order ships. Parcels are sent with Mondial Relay, with a tracking number, and delivered to a partner pick-up point.

Average delivery times are 2 to 5 days for mainland France and 3 to 8 days for other countries.

🏚️ Go to the pick-up point you chose when ordering and show an ID to collect your Bareshoes order within the time given by Mondial Relay (8 days at a Point Relais® or 5 days at a Locker).

🚚 Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them.

🍃 Our boxes are the right size and your items are well protected. To reduce the carbon footprint of your orders, we keep packaging to a minimum and only use environmentally friendly materials.
