Frequently asked questions

Which barefoot brand should I choose to start with?

Anatomic, with its gentle prices, and MTNG are good ways in. The key is to go at your own pace: start with a few hours a day.

Which brands suit wide feet?

Flexi Nens and Victoria offer particularly generous shapes. In any case, all barefoot shoes leave far more room for the toes than conventional shoes.

Where do the brands come from?

Most come from Spain, Czechia, Slovakia, Germany and France. Blusun and Groundies are made in Portugal, Les Pas Petits in France.
