Frequently asked questions

How do I choose my size?

Rely on the size chart in cm on the product page rather than your usual size, adding 0.5 to 1.2 cm for comfort depending on your sensitivity. Not sure? Write to me with your foot length.

My shoes don't fit: can I exchange them?

I don't do exchanges, but you can return the shoes within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Simply place a new order in the right size.

When will my order be shipped?

In France, your order ships within 24 h. For other countries, the delivery time is shown at checkout. You receive an email with the tracking link as soon as it is shipped.

Do you deliver outside France?

Yes, with Colissimo, to several European countries (Switzerland, Germany…). The price and delivery time are shown at checkout.

How do I track my parcel?

The tracking link is in the shipping email. If you have an account, you can also find your orders in My account › Orders.

I'm new to barefoot shoes: where should I start?

Take it step by step: wear your new shoes a few hours a day, then increase at your own pace. I am happy to suggest a first model based on how you will use them.
